We proudly have 100% positive Feedback across all of our Sales Platforms & Strive for perfection in terms of safe & secure packaging, fast shipping and accurate grading of pre owned LPs.
Once orders are fulfilled on their way we are unable to cancel an order at this stage.
( Pre Orders Sales Are Final / No Cancellations on PreOrders). The reason for this policy is that we in turn then order and pay for some of our preorders based on sales during the preorder window. Therefore change of mind returns are not accepted.

Refunds can only be given once the item has been returned after delivery back to us and confirmed the correct item is returned. Customers are liable for change of mind returns. We are a small business - not Amazon. Please be kind.
We want every single customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase & become happy return customers.
In rare circumstances there can be issues outside of our control such as pressing flaws, warps etc
If any items in your order have arrived damaged, or are not as described - Please reach out as id love to help resolve any issues promptly.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you have placed an order by error or would like to cancel please reach out.
Shopify do not refund us any credit card/ payment processing fees for ANY cancelled orders.
We will pass on a full refund MINUS any fees we have incurred for change of mind / order error cancellations.
